1.Do I need an account to place an order?

Nope! You can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders faster, save info, and vibe with us easier next time.

2.How will i get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?

  • You will receive an SMS/E-mail with details of your order and order number on a successful order placement.
  • You’ll receive another SMS / email once your order is shipped out.

3.How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed in 2–4 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.

4.How will I receive my order?

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped directly to your address. You'll receive a tracking link to follow the delivery all the way to your doorstep.

5. How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within a few hours of placing them, before processing starts. Contact us quickly if needed.

Shipping & Tracking

1. Do you offer free shipping?


Yes! We offer free shipping and delivery on all prepaid orders across India.

From time to time, we also run free shipping promos on all orders, including COD — so keep an eye out during special drops or festive periods

No hidden fees—just smooth, hassle-free delivery straight to your doorstep.

3. Do you deliver all over India?

Yup — we ship to almost every pin code in India using trusted courier partners.
If your pin is serviceable, we’ll make sure the drip lands at your doorstep

Return & Refund Policy

1. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We only offer returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Make sure the product is unused and the orginal brand tag is intact. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue at support@rawripple.com.

2. Do you offer size exchanges?

We currentlydo not offer size exchanges. Please refer to thesize chartbefore placing your order to ensure the best fit.

3.What are the terms and conditions for refund?

  1. For all prepaid orders, the full refund amount will be credited to the RAWRIPPLE Wallet by default. Upon customer request, a refund can be processed to their bank account, subject to a cancellation fee of up to ₹75 (may vary based on the bank)
  2. For Cash On Delivery orders, the product value will be added to your RAWRIPPLE WALLET.
  3. The Shipping or COD charges will not be applicable for Refund
  4. Please note that the refund will be processed only after the product has passed the quality check.

4.What if I received a defective or wrong product?

If defective or incorrect products were delivered, we will bear the full charges for delivering the new product to you.

5. How do I start a return?

Email us at support@rawripple.com within 7 days of delivery.Include your order ID and clear photos of the issue — we’ll respond within 24–48 hours.

6.where should i return my product ?

You can return the product in two ways:

  1. You may ship the product to our studio address after contacting us for the return confirmation.
    (Studio address will be provided after approval.)
  2. On request, we can arrange a return pickup through our shipping partner. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Note: All returns must be pre-approved and sent in original condition.

7. How long do refunds take?

Wallet refunds will be done instantly once the return is confirmed by our team.

For Bank transfers, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Payments & COD

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and all major digital wallets.
Plus, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India.

4. Is online payment safe?

Absolutely. All transactions on Rawripple are 100% secured and encrypted by trusted payment gateways.

2. Is COD available on all orders?

Yes! COD is available across India — but for limited promos, we may only offer it above certain order values or for certain periods or pin codes.

3. Why was my COD order canceled?

If a COD order fails delivery multiple times or looks like high risk, it may get auto-cancelled. You can always place it again or switch to prepaid for faster dispatch.

5. Can I pay later or in parts?

Currently, we don’t offer pay-later options. But we’re working on adding more flexible payment choices soon
