Return & Refund Policy

We care about your satisfaction. While we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product recieved is defective ,damaged or incorrect.

Size exchanges are not available, so please double-check our size chart before placing your order.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must report it within 7 days of delivery with proper photos sent to our support team. 

For all prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to your Rawripple Wallet by default to help you shop with us again easily.

If you’d prefer the refund to your bank account instead, we can arrange that too — though a small cancellation fee of up to ₹75 may be deducted based on the payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the product amount (excluding shipping and COD charges) will be refunded only to your Rawripple Wallet.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, as these go directly to our shipping partners.

To start a return, please contact us via email with your order number, reason, and photos.

Once your return is approved, you can either ship it to our studio address or request a return pickup (available in select locations, with reverse shipping charges applied).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, Wallet refunds will be done instantly once the return is confirmed by our team.

For Bank transfers, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

We want you to love what you wear. If something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please Note:

Returns will not be accepted if the product’s brand tag is removed or missing.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
